2 parts Steller’s Jay Brut
Like all cocktails you’ll want to adjust the ratio to suit yourself. The Global staff varied from a 2/3 ratio to a 1/1 ratio, depending on their love of beer or wine. I mix mine according to colour and mix guest versions according to whatever they want.
